Delivery or Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with us. We are committed to delivering your orders in the most efficient and timely manner. Please review our delivery policy for the details of our services:

1. Delivery Locations

We currently offer delivery services in the following cities:

  • Karachi
  • Lahore
  • Rawalpindi
  • Islamabad

2. Delivery Time

  • You will receive an email, once your order is placed.
  • All placed orders are processed and delivered within 24 to 72 hours.

3. Free Delivery

  • To qualify for free delivery, the total order value must meet or exceed Rs 2500.

4. Delivery Charges

  • For orders below Rs 2500, a flat delivery charge of Rs 250 per order applies.

5. Delivery Timeframe and Delays

  • Our standard delivery time is 24 to 72 hours from order placement.
  • While we strive to meet our delivery timelines, please note that delivery may be subject to delays due to unforeseen circumstances, such as weather conditions, public holidays, rallies or operational issues.
  • Should a delay occur for any reason, we will proactively update via phone call, WhatsApp or email.

6. Delivery Confirmation

Address & Delivery Time Confirmation:

  • Before dispatching, our delivery rider will call the customer to confirm the delivery address and time. Delivery will proceed only after this confirmation.

Three-Call Attempt Protocol:

  • If the rider's initial call is unanswered, he will make two additional attempts (three total calls).
  • → If contact is made: Delivery will be completed as confirmed.
  • → If all calls go unanswered: The order will not be delivered that day.

Redispatch of Unsuccessful Deliveries:

  • Orders undelivered due to customer unavailability (after 3 call attempts) will be automatically redispatches within 24–72 hours, following the same confirmation procedure at no additional charge.

7. Non-Delivery on Sundays and Public Holidays

  • Orders will not be delivered on Sundays and public holidays.
  • If an order is received on a Sunday or a public holiday, it will be processed as if it was received on the next working day.
